The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. It is a short stroll to the Old Town (10-15 min by foot), nearest beach Bellevue is at 400m (7-10min by foot), port, bus stations, shops (Supermarket Konzum at 100m, Pemo at 200m, Tomy at 300m), INA gas station at 50m, green market at 1 km, restaurants or an easy drive to the beaches and other scenic attractions. We recently moved from this lovely space to a family house and now we've refurbished the place and we're renting it again. We updated our old Airbnb page, hence the reviews 7 years old :) Located at center of Lapad quarter, 5 min from Sunset Beach and other beaches. Spacious living room/bedroom, both with A/C. Comfortable bed. Fast WIFI. Terrace. OLD TOWN 12 MIN BY BUS. Bus stop at 2 mins. Promenade full of cafes/restaurants 1min away. Supermarket just accross the street.
