Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.
