2 Wood Yard Cottages. 2 Bedroom, Large lounge

Newly built. Furnished to high standards. Off road parking. Shared main entrance. Free wifi. The apartment is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The lounge and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathroom and kitchen are vinyl floored. There is a 4 seat dinning table in the lounge area as well 2 comfy sofas and a coffee table. The lounge has a TV with Free view. There is a large car park to the side of the building. From this there is a shared entrance hall that leads to 1 downstairs apartment and 2 upstairs ones. There is normally someone available 9-5 Mon-Fri and Sat 9-4 in the offices behind the cottages. Outside of these hours it is best to message through Airbnb. We understand that most guests want privacy so other than saying hi if we see you when you are checking in or out we will leave you alone. The small town of Long Sutton is just a short walk away. It has lovely restaurant/pubs as well a few takeaways including: Palmers The Granary The Ship Henry's Fish and Chips Pizza Kebab Fried Chicken There is also a Co-op, Spar and Premier in the town. The 505 bus route is a 2 min walk away. This goes from King's Lynn to Spalding and back. King's Lynn, Spalding and Peterborough all have train stations. The cottages are new builds at the front of a converted farm yard. The farm yard now sells timber garden buildings such as log cabins.

'Unexpected Cottage', a Fenland rural retreat

Detached large yet cosy 2 bedroom house in a hamlet in North Cambridgeshire, bordering Norfolk & Lincolnshire. 1 double bed & 2 single beds. Lounge, dining room & compact yet functional kitchen. 1 downstairs bathroom (towels NOT provided). This is an old farm cottage, and as such is quirky & a bit wonky! Secluded rear garden has a barbecue & outdoor furniture, but paths are quite uneven. Local pub within walking distance. Between Wisbech, the Capital of the Fens & March. 40 miles to the coast.

Home from home garden lodge

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our (now only 1)dog who loves to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and shopping. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival.

Beautiful 3 bed house in quiet cul de sac

Welcome to Sutton Bridge! This property was renovated in 2022 with a fresh paint job, new bathroom and flooring. Wifi and utilities are included in the price quoted. The house is spacious with a large open plan living area with a kitchen and downstairs toilet with shower. Upstairs is the main bathroom with bath and shower over and three bedrooms. All rooms are freshly painted and are bright and airy. The driveway will fit two cars and there are good amenities nearby.

Lovely barn surrounded by fields

Curlew Barn is a delightful retreat set in the grounds of our family home. It is a lovely base from which you can explore the fabulous area of West Norfolk. The barn offers open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge, a separate bedroom with comfy double bed and a luxurious bathroom. You will find us up a 'no through lane' surrounded by fields and close to the Marsh. We are 2 miles from the busy village and a short drive from historic Kings Lynn.
