It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

Spacious self-contained flat at one end of a large Purbeck stone family home set in a quiet area of Durlston on the edge of the country park. Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for 2 people) which doubles as a sofa during the day. There is also a small kitchen.

The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV.
