Self contained area within family home for guests with private entrance, garden, off road parking, two bedrooms are available that can be arranged as two doubles or 1 x double & 1 x twin. Private wet room bathroom and spacious lounge / dining area. Ideally placed on the main route into Swanage, close to bus stops, beach, swimming pool, tennis courts and amazing scenic walks. Level access suitable for wheelchair users. Please note booking is one bedroom for 2 guests, two bedrooms for 3+ guests.

Cosy off grid Hut in Woodland with breakfast

The Shepherds hut is situated in its own woodland and is off grid. You will be able to take in the beautiful night sky and fall asleep to the tranquil sound of the stream trickling by and our owls twit twooing after a day of walking the coast line and visiting the RSPB at Arne . It has its own small log/coal burner to make it nice and cosy and there is a lovely comfy double bed to relax on. You will also hear the night time noises of our woodland friends -the foxes barking and the deer rutting

Swanage luxury private one bedroom en-suite

Stylish, beautifully decorated with king-size bed and a stunning en-suite shower room in Swanage. Located on a quiet residential road near the hospital and is a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the shops, restaurants , pubs and the beach. The Garden Room is at rear of main house and has its own front door and separate entrance so guests come and go as they please. Designated outside seating ( up steps). Parking on site. Continental breakfast is provided 8.30am. Check in 3pm checkout 10.00am.

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.
