Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins.
