Relax, swim, play, kayak, etc, you will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun. Large parking area behind the home. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island (1/4 mile away) or go spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! 3 miles to beaches, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium & Fort Macon.

Many restaurants, breweries, shops, a farmer's market, family-friendly attractions, & grocery stores all within a 5 mile radius.

Coastal Carolina Cottage

Come enjoy our slice of heaven, the Coastal Carolina Cottage. This chic space offers an updated, open living area which is perfect for gathering. Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.

We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

Heavensgate Cottage just 5 miles from the beach

A small cozy cottage style home in a quiet older but peaceful neighborhood with a community boat dock for fishing or crabbing just down the road within walking distance. Emerald Isle Beach is just 5 miles away with its beautiful beach and great public parking which includes a bathhouse and covered seating if you have had just enough sun. Our little place is equipped with beach chairs and other fun beach equipment, so you really don't have to bring anything but yourself.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
