This apartment is close to all the historical sites and wide variety of restaurants and cafes which you'll enjoy as well as the cathedral and its impressive grounds. Winchester Christmas market and the city's magical atmosphere should be on everybody's calendar.

Off road, gated, parking in grounds of main family house and next to the annex. Easy driving (3 miles) from the charming town of Alresford and the cultural, historic city of Winchester (10 miles). There are plenty of lovely pubs for walks and lunches to keep you fed and watered for a fortnight!

Plough cottage is a stunning newly renovated house situated on the site of The Northbrook Arms public house. It has a private garden but benefits from being next door to a lovely village pub serving local beers with pop up food events and a large beer garden on the village green. The pretty village of East Stratton is just 8 miles north of Winchester. Plough Cottage has 3 ensuite bedrooms, kitchen dinner, lounge with log burner and private garden with patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

The annexe is separate from the main house, with plenty of parking plus use of the tennis court and part of the stunning garden offering extensive views across the countryside. Reiki treatments are also available from the host. The market town of Alresford is eight minutes away and it is a thirty minute drive to Chawton House, home of Jane Austen.

A light filled contemporary studio built in the gardens of our architect designed eco home. The perfect all season getaway! Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, take a walk through the woods at Micheldever, read a book on your sunbed, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, enjoy a meal at the Woolpack Inn. The studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Beech View

Beech View is located in a large secluded garden with it's own private entrance. It is surrounded by beech trees and magnificent views. A ten minute drive from the picturesque market town of Alresford and just 15 minutes from historic Winchester. The barn features a shower room and kitchenette as well as queen size bed, sofa bed and dining table and chairs. Easy parking and quiet location but with two good pubs within half an hours walk.

The Cottage in Compton

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!

The "Loft House" was built in 2017 and has been freshly decorated to create a calm and stylish space. It is situated in a truly beautiful and tranquil rural location, and is a fantastic base to explore this lovely part of Hampshire. It is a cosy compact space so ideal for a couple or two adults, and could also accommodate up to two children. It is not suitable for more than two adults.

Eve and Nigel welcome you to this bright and airy, freshly designed space in the grounds of their beautiful village house.
