The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. There is a supermarket close

The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. This small friendly town is on the edge of the Cotswolds close to the water park with its choice of activities, including sailing, fishing, swimming, archery, golf and a beach(!) There are many walking and cycling paths and tracks, including the Thames Path. Ideal for the Air Show, Cheltenham Races and Badminton.
