Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

The stylish newly built but quaint cottage sleeps 2-4, is spacious and comfortable with everything needed in a home from home. Beautiful countryside views can be enjoyed from the lounge and bedroom. The large south facing patio and enclosed garden leads to a lush meadow for stunning sea and mountain views. Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Its village location means it is only a short walk to independent shops, restaurants and pubs. ⚡️NOV/DEC SALE! ⚡️ Relax in this combination of rustic and modern shepherds hut. Wake up to an incredible view through a floor to ceiling window at the bottom of your king bed. Enjoy star gazing in the hot tub, or relax on the patio watching the Red Kites. There is miles and miles of walking paths on your door step as well as a cycle track, so don’t forget your bike! And although the hut is set on a working farm, there is plenty of privacy and peace and quiet.

Treflyn Barn is dog friendly, fully self contained holiday let. The Barn overlooks the Cors Caron Nature Reserve and backs onto the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. The property has oil fired central heating and an electric oven. Parking is in the barn courtyard. The barn is set on a hill with great views and offers a place of tranquillity.
