Mirradong Cottage - stunning views!

Sit on the back verandah, listen to the bellbirds and watch the horses gallop across the incredible vista below. The cottage has a rustic, country feel with the original part being over 100 years old. Very close to local wedding venues and within cooee of the Blue Mtns Botanic Garden, cider sheds, National Park, apple picking, cafes and so much more! Kids play equipment and plenty of toys/books/DVDs. We are on the property but you will have complete privacy. Bortle 3 rating for star gazing!

The Milking Shed

The Milking Shed is a cosy cabin in the lush green hills and beautiful vistas of the Hawkesbury region north-west of Sydney. The cabin is built on the side of a hill and looks directly into a small forest of eucalypts - perfect for trying to spot one of our regular koala visitors. It is 200m past the main house on the property, and completely private. Curl up with a book, feed a donkey, pour a wine, cuddle a corgi, or sit on the deck take in the country. It is a million miles from care.

This is an entire unit that is attached to our home but it has its own front and back doors. This is an excellent spot for bird viewing and walks along the Hawkesbury River. Lavender House is an alpaca farm in Kurrajong. With splendid views of the Blue Mountains it is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a quieter pace of life. The cafes and coffee shops of the quaint village of Kurrajong are 5 minutes away. Your hosts live on the top floor of the large two storey home with your self contained apartment with all facilities taking up the bottom floor. The alpacas are very friendly and love to be fed by hand.
