Enjoy the lovely views from our one bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed and ensuite. The outdoor furniture on the private balcony is a great place to watch the boats come and go in the harbour. These apartments have spacious living areas with flat screen televisions and SKY TV. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. A generous sized apartment with free Wi-Fi. [ultra fast broadband] Location is a key feature of this propery! Quiet upmarket residential street in Downtown Mount Maunganui. Walking distance to shops, hot pools, restaurants, bars, boutiques, four square supermarket, butcher, wineshop and has a private right of way to the beach. We share the private back yard & laundry areas and are very respectful of privacy. Off road parking a bonus for this location.
