Welcome to the beautiful city of Winchester! I have self contained central accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a lounge with fridge/tea/coffee making facilities and your own private front door accessed from the street at ground level. The accommodation has been part of a massive renovation of the main house, now fully completed. Dating from the 1850’s it still retains a Victorian feel with high ceilings and sash windows. It is a lovely light, airy space.

Studio in Abbots Worthy

Beautiful self-contained studio with its own front door, step free access and parking for one car in the charming hamlet of Abbots Worthy. Situated in the Itchen Valley, between the Cathedral City of Winchester (8 min drive) and Georgian Market Town of Alresford (10 min drive). Super-king bed (can also be made into two single beds) with luxury bedding and towels. Ensuite shower room. Wifi, Sky TV, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe & hangers

New Barn

A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. EV charger - 22kW type 2 - available on request (extra charge for electricity used).

Annex for couple or solo stay.

The Beehive, is a separate building with private access. It's part of our home in Headbourne Worthy and set in a peaceful semi-rural retreat. It is perfect for solo visitors or couples but not suitable for young children. We have lovely views, with great access to the rural footpaths and only a 15-20 minute walk to Winchester. It is a bright and airy space, with modern features and neutral décor. We are a 5 minute drive from the City of Winchester and mainline train station to London.

Welcome to your lovely detached one bedroom home in a quiet leafy private road on the edge of St Giles Hill - just above medieval Winchester and on the edge of beautiful the South Downs Way. Its an easy 10 minute downhill stroll across the park (lovely for a sunset picnic) to historic Winchester.

Fully equipped galley kitchen for self - catering. Only a five minute level walk to the central High Street and Cathedral, with the world famous Christmas Market through November and December. Less than ten minutes walk from the Railway Station.

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea and coffee are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
