The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.

The Old Schoolhouse Lodge

In the grounds of the Old Schoolhouse sits our luxurious lodge. Separate from the main house. The newly decorated and refreshed Lodge comprises of 1 bedroom(with kingsize bed) open planned lounge with table & seating area. Bathroom consists of a shower & WC, there is an addition with a beautiful relaxing Sauna, Views through the large bi fold doors of the rolling Essex countryside with the most spectacular sunsets on the horizon. You can enjoy an evening firepit or breakfast on the patio.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

Perfectly positioned in a sunny spot, tucked just off Aldeburgh High Street, and only steps away from the wooden stairs that access the breathtakingly beautiful sea and shingle beach. Decorated to the highest specification, The Chocolate-Box features a roll-top bathtub, bespoke kitchen, cosy fireplace and a wonderful old oak dining table, a mahogany writing desk and sun-trap courtyard.

THE PARKWAY MULTI-STOREY LONG STAY CAR PARK IS 100 METRES FROM THE PROPERTY. The house is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and is a real 'home from home'. Towels and toiletries are provided. There is a beautiful patio garden with outdoor garden furniture for four people.

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.
