Situated in the idyllic village of Bromham within walking distance of the local pub, this is a convenient base for attending events at Bowood House. Lacock Abbey, Avebury and Stonehenge are nearby, and a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars are available a short drive away in Devizes, Marlborough and Bath. Ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing countryside stay.

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).
