Kozicot provides the ideal getaway, a listed cottage that has been newly refurbished with all mod cons. Set in the heart of a peaceful village near the river severn, adjacent to a shop and cafe. Well appointed 2 large bedrooms (available as 2 Kings or 4 singles), with unspoilt views, private parking, 2 reception rooms (sofa bed to cater for groups of 6), hot tub, bathroom, shower room and upstairs wc. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and full oven. Washer dryer in utility.

Beautiful Cotswold Cottage with stunning views

I have recently renovated my beautiful Cotswold cottage, taking inspiration from rustic French farmhouses and Moroccan riads, and filling it with eclectic old pieces of furniture and art I have picked up on my travels. I grew up in the village and now live half the time there and half the time in London, so I can give lots of tips for places to visit, eat and explore. The cottage can sleep up to 6 people, and is managed by my friend Kate from Stay Country who will liaise with you if you book.

The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

The Malvern Hills, and the new Cotswold Designer Outlet are on the doorstep, the Cotwolds Hills, Jeremy Clarkson's pub and Diddly Squat Farm are less than an hour away. Hobleys Cottage is positioned on the edge of the historic village of Stanton which is widely regarded as one of the most picturesque in the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished the luxury accommodation is light and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and sitting room. Wake up to stunning views over the adjoining pasture fields; a relaxing setting and a perfect base from which to explore the Cotswalds. The village pub The Mount Inn is within walking distance.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
