Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Set in a conservation area of Bishop Auckland, this spacious and welcoming flat is in a great location for visits to Auckland Castle, exploring the Pennines and visits to Durham. Kynren is also a short walk away. After a great day out come back to the gorgeous, light-filled rooms, cosy fireplace, comfortable sofas, speedy internet, super king size beds and spa bath. The Old Mill Rooms is the perfect place for a getaway trip, whether this be for couples, friends, families or even business trips. On site we have 6 rooms, three are private hot tub rooms and three are double en-suites. We have capabilities to sleep 2-4 in selected hot tub and non-hot tub rooms, great for families or friends. Two of our rooms are now pet-friendly. We also offer the option to book all our rooms for celebrations.
