Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

This retreat is ideally situated to fully enjoy the splendour that the Norfolk countryside and coastline have to offer.

Sandpiper is a charming, traditional fisherman's cottage which is cosy, quiet & comfortable. It's located in popular Thornham village, known for its characterful houses & excellent pubs & restaurants. The open plan sitting room/kitchen includes sofa, table & chairs. Upstairs features a double bedroom (good mattress) with bathroom & a luggage storage room. Please note the stairs are STEEP, care needs to be taken & are not recommended for those with mobility issues. Parking is across the street.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

This detached annexe is wonderfully located overlooking the marshes in the pretty North Norfolk village of Thornham. The property is located on a quiet road and is the perfect getaway if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are plenty of local walks to enjoy including the popular coastal path. For anybody wanting to enjoy nature, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell and Holme are within easy reach. There are a number of excellent restaurants, pubs, and cafes in Thornham village.

Bakers Yard, Thornham

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

4 Malthouse Cottages is a 200-year-old traditional Norfolk stone character cottage located in the beautiful and thriving coastal village of Thornham. This cottage is within an easy walk of fabulous pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops that call Thornham home. The cottage is well appointed and curated with tastefuly furnishing to three luxury bedrooms. There is a first floor family bathroom and a downstairs shower wet room. We welcome families and are dog friendly.

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.

The property is just a few minutes walk from the fabulous sandy beach at Thornham as well the numerous superb eateries in the village including Marco Pierre Whites 'The Lifeboat' and the renowned 'Orange Tree'.

There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
