Enjoy your stay in this cozy, Brand New Attached ADU with its own private entrance. Located in a Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Simi Valley with tons of Hiking Trails, Beautiful Parks, Shopping at the Simi Valley Town Center, and lots of Restaurants. This cozy unit is perfect for a weekend getaway or even a home away from home. The unit is to the left of the main house comes with its own Full Bathroom, Queen memory foam mattress, sitting area , 40" smart tv, dinning area, and a Full kitchen.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.
