After a full day, pamper yourself in our luxurious spa bathroom and sink into the super king-sized bed. Enjoy riverside dining on your private patio, with scenic views of the river and paddle boarders passing by. Nestled in a secluded spot, yet conveniently amidst town centre cafes and restaurants, we offer the perfect blend of privacy and hospitality.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Orchard Barn Spa, exclusively for you, New Forest

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Lilypad Townhouse - Base for New Forest Adventures

Welcome to Lilypad Cottage, a townhouse getaway perfectly positioned just moments from Ringwood’s market place and high street. Enjoy easy access to the River Avon and Bickerley Green, as well as scenic walking and cycling trails—bike storage available. Stroll into town to discover independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, a short drive to the coastline for a day at the beach. Prefer woodland walks? The heart of the New Forest is on your doorstep, for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Cross Farmhouse is an established luxurious self catering retreat and an SME Award Winner - Best of British Getaways 2025. The beautiful New Forest National Park and Cranborne Chase AONB are on our doorstep. The Farmhouse is set in its own secure and quiet private grounds of landscaped gardens. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

Self-Contained Studio for Work Stays & Getaways

The Studio is a detached, self-contained unit in our garden with a kitchenette and shower room. There’s a private small walled garden with outdoor seating. Clean, fresh, and well-equipped, with comfortable double bed and single bed (please ask if you need it setting up). Great for solo travellers, family group or couples. Fast wifi and space to work for business. Ideal for New Forest, Sandbanks, Brownsea, Hengistbury Head, the Jurassic Coast and more! You need a car to get around!

Family friendly sunny Log Cabin

Our log cabin is cozy and although we advertise for up to 5 guests, it is really ideal for a family of four. It seats in its own grounds and is private, overlooking heathland. It's next to farmland and fishing lake. It's ideal for getting away from it all. A great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Trampoline and swings provided. All essentials for a comfortable self catering stay are supplied. Fee is based on two guests sharing, and any additional guest pays a complimentary fee.

A newly furnished 3 Bedroom Detached Bungalow. Close to Moors Valley country park, The New Forest & the Seaside. Relax with the whole family. The bungalow comprises of an open plan Kitchen, Lounge and dining space, cloakroom, Utility room, Bedroom 1 with king bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 with double bed and Bedroom 3 with twin beds. There is a private garden and decking area where there is storage for Bikes. Secure Garden Dog friendly. Maximum 3 dogs

Just a short drive away, is the popular seaside town of Bournemouth with its miles of sandy beaches leading to the Purbecks for stunning coastal walks. We can’t wait to meet you!
