Goring River Retreat with Gym and Wellness area

Situated in the heart of Goring, enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants and cafes from this perfectly located home. Within the grounds of one of Goring's iconic old houses, this newly built annex is a stones throw from the river and just a 10min walk from the train station. There is ample parking onsite, with free car charging. We can provide extras to enhance your stay inc, laundry facilities, private gym, ice-bath and sauna; as well as Personal Training, SUP hire/lessons and yoga.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Little Barber

Little Barber is a cosy and comfortable retreat for anyone wishing to get away for a relaxing stay in the countryside. Set amid Bucklebury Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interests (SSSI) and one of the largest commons in Berkshire it's a popular destination for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. We have a gastro pub and a cafe just a 15 minute stroll away. Easy access to M4/A34. Oxford, 30miles. London 52 miles away. Parking for two cars. Pet friendly. Enclosed Patio.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

The Old Stables is located in the pretty rural village of Tidmarsh, close to Pangbourne, Bradfield and Reading and in the 9 acre grounds of our family home. An extremely comfortable and cosy 2 bedroom retreat, this one storey, detached conversion offers privacy and a break from busy lives; whether you are a couple, family or travelling on business. We are perfectly located for beautiful walks and scenery. Well behaved dogs are welcome too - please just let us know in advance.

Our annexe is light and spacious and people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading) It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.

This is a little home semi-rural. On the outskirts of Theale, the M4, and the train station. There is off road parking and a little garden area. Open plan living area which includes a sofa bed for a 3rd person. There is a separate £10 charge for extra guests. Large airy open plan space, upstairs bedroom. Beautiful power shower. Enjoy the local neighbour-hood with country walks and the local Farm Shops.

Spiral cottage is unique. It's comfy, but quirky. Self-contained, but on a working farm and equestrian centre in beautiful surroundings. A converted stable with original features & some new modern additions. Downstairs living area plus kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a hip bath/shower. £100 first night, incl VAT, heating & cleaning. £90 per night for additional nights.

Unwind in this quiet rural retreat on the edge of the Chilterns, close to Reading, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley on Thames. A gorgeous barn, set in beautiful surroundings.
