Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

This is a lovely semi-detached cottage which was fully redecorated in 2018 to a high standard. Upstairs bedroom accessed by a pulldown ladder. Blackford is a lovely little village with an Inn & a village shop. It is the home of Highland Spring & Tullibardine Whisky Distillery. The world famous Gleneagles hotel is a couple of miles up the road. There is easy access to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Auchterarder, the Highlands & the Trossachs. Pets are very welcome. Deer Park cottage is situated within the private Scottish estate garden and is surrounded by the deer park. It is the most secluded of cottages and offers a very private and natural hideaway. Powered by wood pellet boiler and on its own water system supplied from the Ochills you can feel completely at one with nature. On occasions you can wake up to deer grazing within feet of your bedroom window and be lulled to sleep by the hooting of owls or wind blowing through the trees.

Built in 1874 for the head gardener of Monzie Castle, not only is it located at the end of the castle gardens, it is set in its own beautiful garden. This characterful 2 bedroom cottage in rural Monzie (listed in The Times top 50 cottages) is furnished to a high standard with gorgeous interiors. The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

Woodside Cottage, Cromlix, Dunblane

Woodside Cottage offers self contained, self catering accommodation with porch, bedroom, kitchen/sitting/dining room and shower room. Continental breakfast, tea, coffee and toiletries are included. We are about four miles from Dunblane in the middle of Cromlix Estate. This is a perfect location from which to visit Edinburgh (48 miles), Glasgow (36 miles), Perth (29 miles), Callander (15 miles) and Stirling (10 miles). Edinburgh Airport is 40 miles away.

The Bothy is a lovely compact cottage situated on a path just off the main street. The enclosed garden is accessible through a gate at the end of the path. It has an open plan kitchen/living space smart tv and reliable wifi. On the first floor there is a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, wash hand basin and a washing machine. It is very close to the shops and restaurants. An ideal base for touring Central Scotland and beyond. 2 miles from Gleneagles.

Charming cottage with all modern conveniences. Self check-in available. Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

The Wash House: a Cosy Romantic Countryside Escape

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Why not relax in our hot tub overlooking views of Wallace monument and the Ochil Hills. Or why not go for a walk to the Kelpies with your family and furry friends. The cottage is located between Falkirk and Stirling and there is a vast amount of local attractions within 10-15 minute drive.
