18th Century Boat Builders Cottage

Grade II Listed Eighteenth Century Boat Builders Cottage. With one double bedroom, one single bedroom, shower room, kitchen area and a small cosy lounge. There is a small private court yard with bench. Car parking available in front of Cottage. A little small for a discovery as you would need a can opener to get out your vehicle. Towels and bedding are provided. The Cottage is situated in a busy town. Although the cottages location is on a side road which Leads to the boat yard and water.

There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.
