Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Located on Hill Head seafront with sea views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. This modern ground floor apartment is only 1 min walk from an all year round dog friendly beach. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, smart TV, fast wifi, and space to store paddleboards. Dog friendly pub 15min walk away.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Nook @ Little Hook, peaceful semi-rural gem

The Nook is a completely self contained annex to an 18th century cottage in a beautiful semi rural location in Warsash, Hampshire. Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms, a king double and the second bedroom can be made up as two singles or a king double. Private outside seating area.

Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.
