Also free parking in garage. This is considered a 2 unit home under one roof. Your unit is a fully contained, private area that is completely yours. Entry is thru the side gate or garage.

There is an assigned parking space for our guests as well as an entrance access code. The property does come with cookware and utensils as well as shower gel & shampoo. Drinking quality water can be obtained through every faucet since we have a total home water filtration system.

The suite comes with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The property is 10 minutes from Phoenix Raceway, and 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium!
