In the pretty market-town of Tonbridge. 3-minute walk from the station with quick links to London and the coast, and 1-minute walk from a large park with boating, crazy golf, table tennis, skate park etc. Outside area and parking for 2 cars. Tonbridge boasts 2 large supermarkets and many cafes, restaurants, bars, and 2 theatres.

Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway
