(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

In the heart of Topanga Canyon, our newly renovated apartment sits below our home with its own entrance, washer/dryer, renovated kitchen, parking spot & private deck with canyon views. The apartment features two cozy nooks: the sleeping nook features a queen bed and the lounge has a mini pull-out futon for relaxing to an album or favorite show. Our little oasis is walkable to breathtaking trails, and a short drive to downtown Topanga, state parks and beaches.

Topanga Sanctuary in the Oaks

Our studio under the Oaks is like a tree house with a large deck area for you to unwind, explore and enjoy! The home is on a very quiet street that dead ends into the state park. Most of the traffic is neighbors walking dogs :-) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely separate, there is no access to the main house. I look forward to having the opportunity to host you!
