This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). The Pod

The Pod is a unique space, a few minutes walk from Colwell Bay, and the popular HUT restaurant!It is a wooden structure, full of character nestled within our garden which has a ‘fort wall’ around it, dating back to 1863. The Pod is self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, living area and mezzanine bedroom,which is at the top of a uniquely hand crafted paddle staircase (not suitable for children or anyone with mobility concerns) Also available to use is our garden and outdoor seating.…

Emma’s Hut. Close to ferry. Own space

Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.
