A unique and peaceful experience for a romantic getaway. A comfortable, countryside retreat with a self-catered kitchen and even your own bath and outdoor shower. A log burner and plenty of logs to keep you warm. We also have Barefoot Yurts which accommodates 6 guests where you are able to combine bookings for a larger party

Morris tent - Standen, Pooh, Bluebell railway

Enjoy the lovely setting of this peaceful spot in nature. Our new glamping canvas tent has a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa bed and a single futon so can sleep up to 5. The tent is next to our veg patches in our orchard but there is plenty of space and fields around. We are directly on a footpath that leads to the Vanguard Way so good walking from the door. One set of linen provided for double bed. For more people please bring your own bedding and linen. Xtra provided at cost.

Nestled on the edge of rolling farmland with views of lush woodland and grazing sheep, this is the ideal spot for a romantic getaway or a digital detox. Inside your tent is comfortably furnished with a plush king size bed and soft linens. Step outside to your private fire pit perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine or toasting marshmallows under the stars.

Tibbs Farm: The Gala Getaway

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: we are a working farm with livestock.

The Two Top

The Two Top is a cosy 4 meter bell tent with a double bed complete with duvet, pillows and linen for that home from home feel in the great outdoors. It features a private fire pit and seating area. The Two Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating which is exclusively for glampers. There is a shared glampers toilet and new to 2025 a shared shower included! Light and power bank available with a small fee and returnable deposit. Towels included.

Flying tent retreat in rewilded woodland

🌿 Steep yourself in nature as the land comes into spring. Sleep suspended among the trees in your own private corner of woodland. This is a playful, back-to-nature escape — lie back in your hammock tent and take in the birdsong or relax by the firepit. There's a hot outdoor wash, composting loo and everything you need for a comfortable off-grid experience. Perfect for adventurous couples, curious first-timers, and anyone wanting something a bit different.

Little Elses Glamping Bell Tent

Take a breather from everyday life and reconnect with nature at Little Elses Glamping, a small-scale adults-only site in Sevenoaks Weald that's completely off-grid. Surrounded by the sounds of nature and colourful wildflowers, these furnished bell tents make a great place for getaways in the quiet of the Kent countryside. There are 3 tents on site which will be allocated depending on availability.

Emperor tent

Pitched in a field on our farm, the large emperor tent offers flexible hospitality. Spacious luxury for a couple or plenty of space for a family with two children. You are close to nature with access to our goats, sheep and chickens as well as loads of local wildlife. Beautiful views.

Elegant Woodland Bell

Beautiful 6M bell tent with all your home luxuries, king size bed and private bathroom situated at the edge of a small woodland. Total seclusion and privacy is guaranteed with this spot. Whilst it is surrounded by trees, it is open and a sun trap for sunbathing and not shaded.

Oastbrook Estate and its vineyard sits nestled into the picturesque Rother Valley and offers a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy nature and the fine wines that the estate produces.
