Elegantly Converted Stables near Bath with Luxury Hot Tub

The Stables is a lovely romantic retreat with the addition of a BRAND NEW HOT TUB (installed February 2020) The hot tub is electric, seats 4 and is positioned on the patio outside of the bedroom and is very private. Open glazed stacking doors to create an idyllic indoor-outdoor space overlooking an extensive, well-treed garden. The stone exterior and tiled roof contrast with the modern living area within. Whip up a Jamie Oliver recipe in a contemporary kitchen. Tastefully decorated with oak floors and doors, contemporary kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Good size bedroom with a super king size bed. Sofa bed in living room. Views from both rooms overlooking a very pretty garden. Parking for two cars. French doors off the bedroom and concertina doors off the kitchen and living room onto a private patio with patio furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy. Private driveway for two cars, the converted stables is a completely gorgeous private place for you to get away from everything. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and oven. The open plan kitchen and living room has a dining table, sofa bed, TV, the bedroom has a super king size bed with ensuite bathroom and large wardrobe. I will check you in and out and you can call/email me if you need me. The guesthouse is set within a large private garden in a stunning valley surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Take lovely walks from the property and visit good pubs nearby. Historical Bath is only a short drive away. There is a bus stop about 25m from the garden and it's about a 10-15 minute drive into Bath. You have a terrace to sit out on and enjoy. The property over looks the garden of the main house which is rented out some weekends. The stables is very private and is positioned far from the house. See the photos on the listing. The garden is for use by people booking the main house but if I’m staying there while you rent the stables you are welcome to explore the extensive gardens.

Restful Retreat with garden in Farrington Gurney

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room, additional single inflatable floor mattress & travel cot (if needed). We provide fresh bedding & towels and even though we don’t offer breakfast we also provide fresh bread, butter, milk and bottled water on arrival. We are dog friendly for which blankets, dog bowls, treats etc are also provided. In addition to this we also have a private lawned/patio area to the side of the annex which can be made completely secure for dogs or children. You will have the use of the entire bungalow, off street parking & private garden with lawned/patio area to the side of the annex. We are on hand should guests need us or have any queries, but we also respect our guests privacy. The home is located in a country setting in Farrington Gurney, just down the road from the Farrington Park Golf Club. A handful of quaint eateries and pubs are all nearby, as is the local produce and bakery at the Farrington Farm Shop. If arriving by car then off street parking is available for 1 or more cars. The main bus route is located on the A37 which is about a 5/10 minute walk from the property. If you are looking to go further, Wells is about 10 miles, City of Bath is 8 Miles and Bristol is approximately 15 miles, all by car/bus.

The wedding venue - Priston Mill is a 10 minute drive.

The accommodation we are offering is a timber clad self catering apartment set within our grounds with secure parking. On a bus route (temporarily suspended on week ends) and perfectly located for Bath(6 miles to centre) Cheddar Gorge and Wells etc in the heart of the Mendips. The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath is a fabulous detached property. The Annexe. Beautiful Location. Nr Bath

Located 8.5 Miles from the historical city of Bath the Annexe is full of character both inside and out. Once you have finished your morning coffee sat in the private garden with a variety of wildlife including pheasants, finches, Owls, squirrels and the occasional wondering Deer, why not hit the public footpath situated 200 metres from the property to hone your bird watching or foraging skills. Beech Cottage, spacious bungalow near Bath/Bristol

Ideally situated in a countryside setting but only 10 minute drive by car or bus to the centre of Bath. The very spacious bungalow has just been totally refurbished to a high standard throughout and benefits from having its own private garden and courtyard. The owners live close by and should be on hand if you need any help. Check in is from 3pm and check out on the day of departure is 10am.
