Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Toe aan een relaxed verblijf? Bij ’t Krumselhuisje ben je van harte welkom om te profiteren van de rust, comfort & wellness die ’t Krumselhuisje biedt. Je hebt in dit appartement een eigen plek met zwembad* op het terrein van een landhuis te midden van de landerijen. Het centrum met horeca en de stations liggen op 5 minuten afstand met de auto. Je kan gratis parkeren op eigen terrein. Ontdek de mooie Veluwe door de vele wandel- en fietsroutes. Of bezoek een museum of pretpark.

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Romantische verblijf met uitzicht vanuit je bed op het water en een 2-persoonsschommel Vanuit de love-seat kijk je naar de tv of de open haard (verwarming) en heb je het knus in de winter of zit je in de zomer heerlijk buiten op het terras aan het water te mijmeren, lezen of spelletjes te doen. Kayak of 2 supboarden zijn er bij te boeken. Ook zijn er fietsen, deze mag je gratis lenen. De badkamer is 1 stap buiten de pipo en helemaal alleen voor jou/jullie.

De 2e slaapkamer heeft een uitschuifbaar 2 persoonsbed. De royale badkamer met een massagedouche en infraroodsauna geven doorgang tot een heerlijk verwarmd binnen zwembad.
