The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The Sheep Camp Bus is a 1951 School bus converted to a sheep camp by our Great Uncles in the 60's. Newly renovated, it provides a unique, temperature controlled place to stay so you can focus on your daily adventures. A vinyl covered mattress is provided for sleeping, (bring bedding), table, A/C, and heat for comfort. Mini fridge, microwave, power, and bbq are provided.

Nestled on 4 acres and located in the heart of Waterloo recreation area, this 280sq ft skoolie boasts comfort and eclectic energy! Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
