The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

The Ashdale Bee is the perfect place to relax and explore the local area of Battlesbridge, a picturesque village in the Crouch Valley. Visit the famous antiques centre, walk or paddle along the river or enjoy some food and drink in one of the many country pubs. Jump on the train and travel along the Crouch Valley line to vineyards, more river walks or the quiet, unspoiled, riverside town of Burnham on Crouch. Alternatively, travel in the opposite direction and London awaits within 40mins.

Cosy Rural Retreat with Log Burner

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Set on the edge of Wrotham village in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This self contained one bedroom cottage comes with free off street parking and use of a large cottage garden. We welcome well behaved dogs. A two minute walk into Wrotham Village, with a picturesque church, village shop, and three pubs including the AA Rosette awarded Bull Hotel. Now with a newly completed private patio to the rear solely for guest use. Dog secure with high gate.

There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.

This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
