We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

The Hideaway is situated in the heart of Kent in the rural village of Sole Street, Parish of Cobham & Luddesdown. We are walking distance to Sole Street Station on the Victoria line to London. Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

Self contained lodge in the rural Kent countryside. Comfortable open plan lounge with newly fitted kitchen and a separate utility room. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 full size double, 1 single) as well as a shower room with WC. Outside offers a private terrace with table, chairs and a small garden for sole use of guests. Secure parking for two cars. Playground is available for use in the main shared garden For monthly stays we offer one complimentary cleaning service.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Escape to our cosy luxury lakeside shepherd’s hut at St Andrews Lakes in North Kent, near Rochester. Set beside crystal-clear water, this peaceful retreat combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Stable cottage is at Nurstead Court, a medieval Manor House in the beautiful Kent countryside. Downstairs there is an open plan entrance hall, kitchen island with fridge and tea making facilities, relaxing area with a tv and a small bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with four poster bed, luxury bathroom with a double bath tub and a charming twin bedroom. There is a private garden with terrace and parking for 2 cars.
