Het appartement is gelegen in het buitengebied van Breukelen aan de rivier De Vecht, nabij de Loosdrechtse Plassen, centraal gesitueerd tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht in een mooie, landelijke omgeving met prachtige buitenplaatsen aan de Vecht. Ideaal voor fiets-, wandel- en boottochtjes, stedentrips en vismogelijkheden.

Op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum met restaurants, koffietentjes, winkels én trouwlocatie Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3 minuten lopen naar dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt. Je fiets of auto parkeer je gratis voor de deur of op eigen terrein.

Ontdek de rust en charme van het plattelandsleven in onze sfeervolle woning, perfect voor een romantisch uitje of een gezinsvakantie. Oorspronkelijk een oude pinkenschuur, is het nu omgetoverd tot een landelijk toevluchtsoord van 130m2 met een vleugje Franse flair. Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Our spacious studio of 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town Oudewater in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The studio is a wonderful place to relax in the spacious garden for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a great place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities, such as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, and Rotterdam. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.
