Er is een prachtig uitzicht op zee en het ligt in een prachtige, rustige typische spaanse villa wijk. Je kunt er heerlijk zwemmen en snorkelen in de verschillende rustige baaien en er zijn geschikte wandel en fiets mogelijkheden. De studio bestaat uit 1 kamer die trendy gestyled is met een ruime badkamer en wc. De kamer heeft een goed groot bed, koelkast en een glazen schuifpui met uitzicht op zee. Voor de kamer is een terras met tafel en 2 stoelen. Er is op het terras een keukentje met alles wat u nodig heeft om te kunnen koken en koffie/thee te zetten. Ook is er een wasmachine in de keuken.De Studio is net gebouwd , dus alles is nieuw . Deze studio is ook zeer geschikt om te huren in combinatie met het grote huis Santa Pola Sea View die ook te huur is via Airbnb. Als u bijvoorbeeld als gezin met opa en oma op vakantie wilt komen of met verschillende koppels.
