Just a short walk or drive from the pier and beach, 2 blocks from the best coffee shop in town, and a short walk to downtown with all the restaurants & shops you can imagine. This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets, beautiful, bright light, and a clean, minimal space somewhere between boho and mid-mod. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

With just a short 3-block walk from the beginning of downtown, minutes to the beach, pier, fairgrounds, famous surf spots, and driving distance to Santa Barbara and Ojai, guests can truly choose their own adventure! After enjoying your day, come back to the patio and sip on some drinks by the fire, and finish the night on the plush memory foam mattress.

Recently remodeled, very Clean, one bedroom one bathroom house is close to Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley and Camarillo. It is close to Reagan Library, Moorpark College, Amgen, T.O. Civic Arts Plaza and Camarillo Outlets. Driving distance to Ventura and Malibu beaches.

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.
