A newly refurbished flat on the edge of the Highclere castle estate. The flat is attached to our family home. We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The accommodation is within walking distance of our local pub 'The Red House' which serves delicious food and takeaways. A 10 minute drive from Newbury and all its amenities. As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery.

Surrounded by rolling fields & woodland walks, Little Barn is a beautiful, peaceful, rural retreat to restore & relax in. Enjoy the wood burning stove in our glass living room & the deer, hares, wonderful birds, horses, hedgehogs & more in the garden! Incredible views & a charming, quality interior. Masses to do- Stonehenge, Highclere Castle, Winchester, Salisbury, Stockbridge & more. Cycling & walking heaven. Heaps for kids too. A fantastic base for exploring or just staying put & destressing.

The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

Nearby Hungerford, Salisbury, Winchester, Newbury and Andover offer shopping, entertainment and history . There are miles of quiet walks through unspoiled countryside. The Hatchet Inn is an easy walk away while several more pubs are within a short drive. Or just stay put and chill out in front of the log burner.

Each flat has AC Heating, Luxury wetroom, Breakfast kitchen (coffee machine), bar to eat or work at. Fast broadband. There is a flatscreen with netflix that you can watch in bed or on our large velvet sofa. Enjoy all year round luxury; great for country walks/pubs, Bike trails and easy access to Newbury, A34 and Highclere castle.

Don’t miss the renowned Bombay Sapphire Distillery, just 10 miles away. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with plenty to explore nearby.

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

Detached, comfortable and self-contained annex for one person or a couple, in quiet surroundings with parking. Light, modern and airy. Easy reach of historic and natural beauty. Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time.

Foxglove Studio

Lovely hideaway for the discerning guest - visitors to Downton Abbey, accommodation for local shoots or simply a base for those who wish to enjoy the wide array of local walks. The studio also lends itself to anyone who wishes to pitch a tent outside and enjoy a camp fire in the wood as the evening sun sets. Summer bookings June-September weekends two night minimum.

The Coach House - beautiful secluded tiny home

Situated close to the cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester, our beautiful newly converted Coach House in the Test Valley is perfect for families or romantic breaks. Stylishly decorated and furnished, with private parking & courtyard, The Coach House can sleep up to three adults and two children, and provides luxury accommodation for short or longer breaks.
