Feel welcome at this modern and clean apartement on the top 2 floors of my house, only a 15 minute walk from the center of Utrecht. You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
