This is a beautiful 3rd floor walkup in a colonial townhome centrally located in the most desirable street in Old San Juan (OSJ), San Sebastian Street. OSJ is known for its colonial setting, Spanish Forts, fine dining, and festive atmosphere. Although we are close to the water and there are nearby beaches, OSJ is not a beach town. We have complemented the exposed wood beams and charming Juliet balconies with a beautiful Caribbean decor throughout the apartment.
