Garden Lounge Apartment

Studio for 2 persons with bathroom, kitchen and a lovely garden in front, for your cozy breakfasts or evening drinks listening to the birds chirping surrounded with greenery. Garden provided with barbecue set. The studio is situated at the back of the house, very peaceful and away from the street. Furry friends are welcome. The nearest beach is at 750m distance (less than 10 min walk). Supermarket, various restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, public laundry all situated within short walking distance.

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Fabulous, spacious apartment (60 m2 for only 2 persons!) with a direct view to the amphitheatre and sea from living and sleeping area + a big terrace full of plants. One large bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room, spacious green terrace. Free WiFi, A/C. First floor. PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

Vongola

Studio Vongola is freshly renovated, with completely new appliances and furniture, has large garden with plenty of trees, an outdoor table and a barbecue. It's small but lovable at first sight. Located in quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, few meters from bus station, whole city is within your reach. The shop is across the street, the beach is within 7 minutes on foot. Several cafes and restaurants (including chinese) nearby.

Holiday Home Oliveto

Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u nesvakidašnjem stilu. Gostima na raspolaganje nudi potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom suđa i pećnicom. Prostrani dnevni boravak sa smart tv-om, moderno opremljenu kupaonicu, te izuzetno udobnu spavaću sobu. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni grijani jacuzzi za 2 osobe. Prva plaža udaljena je svega 10 minuta hoda. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
