Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The kitchen has all necesary equipment including oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Dining area can host 6 people. Living room has comfortable sofa and two armchairs. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your things. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed. Bathroom has bath, washbasin, bidet and washing machine, toilet is separated.

The property is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator, windows facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet, considering the central position.
