Countryside Annexe

Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach. We live on a popular cycle route 2, The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs and/or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room/lounge area/kitchenette/withkettle/toaster/hob/microwave/mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues. Not suitable for infants/young chlldren.

Nr New Forest-Highcliffe Beaches 15 min walk

Lakeview Annex is Self contained, modern apartment with own patio, entrance & Parking. Opposite a small lake. Only 15 min walk to the cliff top & Highcliffe castle & 5 mins further to the beaches. 10 min walk from Hinton Admiral station. Ideal for couples who want to explore Dorset and the New Forest which is a 5 minute drive. Annex is 50msq, and on 2 levels. Upstairs a kingsize Simba mattress & bed with ensuite. Downstairs, open plan lounge kitchen diner, which opens onto private patio. Quiet

Relax and recharge in our cosy one bed cabin, tucked away in a peaceful garden setting -the perfect base to explore the beautiful South Coast Wake up to birdsong and enjoy breakfast on your private bistro patio. The hot tub is our most popular amenity and provides luxury beyond a lay-z-spa, taking comfort to the next level (parasol provided for wet days). An additional fee is applicable. NB the hot tub is not available for use on the morning of departure Free parking is provided on the road

Gentle Breeze: A 3-minute walk to the beach

Just a 3-minute walk from unspoilt beaches, this bright, newly decorated ground-floor annex features a double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen area, a spacious shower room and a lounge with a double sofa bed. Off-road parking is included, with EV charging available on request. Access is fully step-free, including the patio. High Street shops, cafés, beaches and sea-view eateries are a gentle stroll away, along with bus and train links to Bournemouth, Lymington and the scenic New Forest villages.

Refurbished home, 5 min walk to Highcliffe beach

A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The studio is attached to the main house , but is completely self contained with its own private entrance and a small private outside courtyard area .Parking for one car on driveway
