Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.

The Hampton Court Hideaway

Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.
