This is a New ground floor private apartment with beautiful valley and garden views. There is an adjoining outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and wildlife. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private entrance. In just 2 minutes drive you are at the stunning Avoca Beach what is book-ended by two spectacular headlands, a paradise for lovers of sand, sun and surf. Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

Overlooks the beach & ocean & lagoon as well as being in a bushland setting. An entire 3 bedroom house sized guest suite, it is the lower level of a two storey house and has its own separate entrance & track to the beach ( a 3 minute walk down hill), or a 5 minute walk down the road. It is very private. Has 2 decks. It's not uncommon to see kookaburras, lorikeets, black cockatoos & whales as part of the landscape. The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.
