It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Five minutes from both Lane Cove and Hunters Hill shopping centres with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Public transport (bus, ferry and train) is close by and is less than 20 minutes to the CBD by car. The apartment has a covered car park, height limit is 2m, and is accessible via lift.

As a frequent traveller myself, I realised how important it was for a solo female traveller to feel as safe and comfortable as at home. Privacy yet welcoming studio with no shared facilities. So I've created that space. This self-contained garden studio sits behind my 100-year-old home in beautiful Lane Cove. It’s sunny, quiet, and full of charm — the perfect spot to rest and recharge after exploring Sydney.

The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
