Ultimate beach retreat. Top floor, newly renovated North facing beach house. Very private studio with separate entrance up one flight of stairs. Sleep to the calming sounds of surf & cooling sea breezes. Very quiet & leafy property with a natural garden. 4 minutes walk to secluded Bungan Beach. Surf good waves, explore the rockpools & view a classic sunrise, at Bungan Beach. Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, taking in the views of Northern beaches, Newport, Bilgola and Central Coast.

A great spot to read a book or take a nap. There is a separate lounge/ kitchen with glass sliding doors that lead onto a deck with views of the garden. The deck is north facing & sun drenched. You have your own full kitchen and a combined bathroom laundry. For comfort you have ceiling fans & A/c.

Our studio is cosy and is set in tropical surroundings. It’s a perfect city escape or weekend getaway. The studio is 36 m2 and is part of a small block of 8 units and has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. A 12 min walk to Newport village you can go shopping at the local boutiques, try out one of the many cafes/restaurants or head straight to the beach for a day in the sun and then after all that you can have a drink while watching the sun set at The Newport

Bus stop located across the road and easy wlk to B line bus into the city. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry an not in the flat itself. There is no ensuite in the flat.
