Enjoy this stylish and centrally located studio located just a short stroll to Bondi Beach. You will be on the sand in five minutes enjoying the sun and surf. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby as well as convenient transport options to Bondi Junction or the city just two mins away. The self checkin studio is completely private. It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. With all modes of public transports at your doorstep it's easy to get around. Only a short stroll to vibrant Kirribilli village and you can even reach the CBD or North Sydney by foot. Just a stone throw away from Sydney's magnificent Harbour Bridge and foreshore walks with stunning views of the Opera House and skyline.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
