Welcome & thank you for considering a stay at Tiles farm, located near Chesham in the heart of the Chilterns. Our annex provides a light & modern place to explore, relax or simply somewhere to stay for work. The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

This unique place has a style all its own. The lounge boasts an impressive vaulted celling with magnificent ancient beams, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, and large flat-screen TV (with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime Video) Adjacent is a mini kitchen containing the essentials and a stylish modern ensuite wet room, with shower sink and toilet Stairs lead up to a mezzanine with double mattress and stunning view of the property. A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Stables in Historic Berkhamsted

Welcome to one of the most historic parts of Berkhamsted - the hilltop site of Old Berkhamsted Place, and the original Grade 2* listed barn which remains, reputedly, the largest medieval barn in the counties of Beds, Bucks & Herts. The Stables is a spotlessly chic cottage for 2 with large gardens & parking, offering luxury linen & towels, wi-fi & TV. Ideal town/country position - 10mins walk to town centre with cafes, restos, boutiques and antique stores, and train to London is only 35mins!

Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Centrally located in the conservation area just minutes walk to the High St. Renovated with living dining area, brand new kitchen with quartz surface, induction hob and dishwasher. Steep stairs up to two bedrooms, one double sized with king bed, the other single with a bed and trundle. New fitted downstairs bathroom. Self contained courtyard garden. Lovely pubs, Tring Park and the Performing Arts School nearby.

This cottage contains a large maisonette room with a super-king bed and a downstairs room with two double beds, ideal for up to 4 children who can share or two adults who prefer double beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it. There is a fully operating kitchen/dining room. Lots of walks nearby either to the pubs in Little Missenden, Penn woods and Penn Street or further into Old Amersham. Shared use of a large garden and tennis court.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.
