The historic towns of Rye & Hastings are within walking distance, or a bus ride away, running hourly. There are 2 local pubs in Pett village, which can be reached by a 5 min drive or half-hour walk. Dog friendly *Strictly max 2*. No events.

Avalon - waterside house with vineyard views

In the midst of Oastbrook vineyard this spacious luxury lake style lodge has vineyard views across a natural pond and sits in a wooded glade. A decking area with a jacuzzi offers fantastic views and the interior living area has a large glass picture windows overlooking the pond, old oak trees and the vineyard itself. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher and the property is appointed with luxury finishes. Perfect for a romantic getaway or family time.
